Job Summary
Nutanix is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to transform our practices with digital in the France and North West Africa region. The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive demand for Nutanix’ products and solutions.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the local marketing and sales teams, the EMEA program and corporate marketing teams to support the pipeline generation through digital tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Increase the web traffic with SEO for the French website www.nutanix.fr partnering with the EMEA Program and Corporate teams: web optimization and paid digital best practices (keywords review, page optimization, content refresh, backlinks with our ecosystem)
- Lead the content strategy in French:
- Identify and develop customer success stories for the region,
- Align and customize global campaigns to fit regional needs
- Leverage local activities through blog publications on hot topics
- Manage pre-maid campaigns for our partners
- Amplify the Nutanix visibility and increase our volume of mentions in business media developing the French social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Engage web visitors within our Multi-Touch Demand Model
- Improve the Pay-Per-Lead local execution with the EMEA Program team
- Connect Customer Experience through virtual events
- Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement

Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent writing and editing skills in French and English
- Autonomous to be able to work with remote teams across the globe (France, EMEA, USA)
- A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meets them.
- Works well with others with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
- Curiosity and ability to think creatively and flexibility
- Master’s degree in marketing, or related field (university or business school)
- Previous experience in digital (SEO, social media, PPL)
