End Customer Marketing Manager – SOUTH EMEA

POSITION SUMMARY / OVERVIEW

Do you excel in end customer marketing and love to work hand in hand with the sale professionals?  Do you have marketing experience particularly in the IT, Telecommunication and/or AV sector and a digital mindset? Have you gained experience in the Business to Business marketplace? Are you someone who is result driven, with social media and CRM hands on experience and a marketing qualification?

Jabra is looking for an experimented, results oriented marketing professional to join their EMEA South & Cala marketing team as an End Customer Marketing Manager, South with a focus on France.  In this role you will be responsible for growing our revenue by marketing directly to B2B decision makers.   As part of the Enterprise division, you will be part of an exciting growth strategy where Jabra is positioned as a global leader in intelligent audio and video conferencing solutions. You will be based in the Jabra French office and/or remotely and be a key part of a EMEA South & Cala Marketing virtual team.  

 

This position drives our lead generation strategy and execution as well as account-based marketing activities.

 

You will be a key member of the EMEA South & Cala Marketing team and a part of our global marketing function, reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA South & Cala . This is a high-impact role responsible for directly measurable revenue-driving activities that must work closely with sales and marketing colleagues and requires a creative and performing person.

 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with your sales stakeholders to develop and execute overall demand generation strategy. You will set new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, defining priorities, executing and measuring overall results against plans.
  • Work closely with our in-house team on database marketing, nurturing and website management. Leverage PR and other earned media in the marketing mix in collaboration with the PR & communication team.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle including defining and managing marketing process from lead to marketing qualified lead and sales process from MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to opportunity.
  • Plan and define multiple marketing programs to support the overall French Sales strategy: database and email marketing, events, webinars, seminars, search engine optimization, paid keyword marketing, social, online programs, and others.
  • Plan marketing actions for strategic accounts
  • Monitor and analyze performance overall against lead targets and other marketing goals and make continual recommendations for increasing conversion rates and reducing time from lead to opportunity.
  • Report on marketing activities and performance against agreed upon metrics
  • Day-to-day management of the French end customer marketing budget.
  • Deploy vertical marketing campaigns

 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

You should have experience in marketing automation, lead generation and account-based marketing.  As part of the EMEA South & Cala team, and in the effort to drive required revenue, you must have a focus

 

  • 5+ years marketing experience with major emphasis on new customer acquisition.
  • Experience in marketing automation, lead generation and account based marketing.
  • Focus on performance marketing and ROI-driven activities
  • Excellence in collaborating with B2B sales.
  • Experience in the IT, Telecommunication and/or AV sector
  • A digital mindset with social media experience
