Responsibilities

• Managing customer pages on Axway corporate website
• Enriching the Customer Advocates repository on Axway Intranet
• Producing/Translating customer slides into French
• Producing/editing customer video interviews and teasers
• Coordinating customer testimonials at EMEA level with internal stakeholders
• Managing the key account internal communication
• Supporting Customer Marketing campaigns and events

Qualifications

• Master’s degree prepared (M 1 or M 2)
• Passionate about marketing and new technologies
• Good English language skills
• Organized and rigourous
• Ability to work in a team in an international environment
• Writing skills
• Knowledge/ proficiency of the pack Office
• Knowledge / proficiency of graphics tools
• Knowledge / proficiency of video software (Adobe premier, final cut)
• Knowledge / proficiency of CRM tools (SalesForce) and Marketing Automation tools (Sales Force, Marketo).
