Major Function and Responsibilities :

 

The Marketing Program Manager is a member of the French Region Marketing Team and reports directly to the Regional Marketing Director, France. This is a cross-functional role that will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, technical and operational functions both locally and within the corporate organizations

This person is responsible for proactively driving selected marketing programs to address end-users directly and through partners when needed, supporting the local marketing and sales teams in achieving their main objectives.

The Marketing Program Manager will contribute in driving the marketing pipeline contribution and accelerating sales and revenue growth in France region. He/she will manage and execute local and corporate field programs and events that are consistent with the overall plan and align with lead generation strategies.

 

Job description:

The key activities of this role will include:

  • Manage and execute local/corporate end-user & partner programs and events, aligning with overall marketing and sales goals, coordinating internal and external communication
  • Generate awareness and demand via direct and indirect marketing including webinars, direct mailing, events, nurturing campaigns, telemarketing, web, social and seminars, ensuring all marketing investments can be tracked and measured
  • Drive and support the lead management process, quality, timeliness and results
  • Ensure integration and adaptation of campaigns across all target audiences including channel and strategic partners
  • Achieve assigned targets (MBOs and KPIs)
  • Vendor management and interface for assigned programs and tasks
  • Marketing administration and back-office: marketing dashboard, BI, Oracle and SFDC

 

Job experience requirements:

 

  • 3/5-year experience minimum in IT multi-national company
  • significant experience in managing B2B marketing programs
  • sound experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events with a successful track record of measurable results
  • knowledge of marketing tools (online and offline)
  • program management skills, with a results orientated approach
  • understanding of the French and IT market
  • ability to expertly analyze business issues, strategize and prioritize key actions and drive to resolution
  • sound knowledge in key areas
  • lead generation, management and tracking
  • experience in demand generation and local events (program creation, execution, and measurement)
  • customer reference programs
  • budget management
  • vendor management
  • marketing management, administration and back-office (BI, Oracle, SFDC, etc)


Candidate Profile :

  •   Education: Professional marketing qualification
  •   Marketing Automation basic
  •   Proven event organization skills
  •   Used to work in a fast-changing international environment
  •   strong computing skills (documents, presentations and worksheets)
  •   Language: Fluent in English. French as mother tonguePersonal Profile :
  •   Well organized to coordinate all marketing programs
  •   Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize on their own
  •   Proven ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment and manage a high workload.
  •   Positive attitude, self-motivated and autonomous
  •   Capable of working closely with internal stakeholders and customers
  •   strong communication/presentation/writing skills
  •   Experienced with working in a global marketing tea
